Pros
Very nice workers, more than 2500 employees so you meet someone new everyday.
Cons
Guest treatment, no management communication, employees constantly hit on each other and it gets kinda awkward after a while. They preach about company culture and are big on it at orientation, but depending on where your assigned department is they'd treat you differently. For me, there was no closing time, only a time assigned to your name for you to come in, that way they have to release you before you can get off. Management plays favorites, and it's a very clique-y environment. Guests are very entitled with the money they pay so they believe they own you. Drama everywhere since there's so many employees and guest entitlement, you're always dealing with something you'd never believe that you'd come across.
