Pros

great work environment but may depend on groups good benefits and time off good balance of work and life flexible schedule

Cons

poor pay when compared to other Cambridge bio companies, probably due to the Broad being an academic institution undefined career path and direction for new employees hard to advance in both pay and career without obtaining a graduate degree some work may be repetitive

Pros

Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

Cons

A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
