Hi, this is Chelsea from Human Resources. It’s great to see that you appreciate the effort the Broad is making to revolutionize biomedical research - It is one of the reasons I get excited to come to work everyday! The science being done at the Broad is cutting edge, and the administrative and Project Management teams are essential to its success. Our teams have been growing at a rapid pace, and there are challenges that arise with that growth. To address this, the HR Team has added a Learning and Development division dedicated to providing the Broadie community with additional resources. We have invested substantially in developing our managers from a new manager series that runs twice a year to programming focused on individuals and teams.
