Hi, this is Chelsea from Human Resources. Thank you for highlighting some of the core values of the Broad - our people & our science. We are always looking for ways to improve the Broadie experience, and career progression is one of our main focuses. Through our Learning & Development team we offer a range of career development opportunities, including career coaching for technicians. I’m happy to get you in touch with that team to give you more information. You can reach out to me at cbodenstab@broadinstitute.org.

Pros

Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

Cons

A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We love that you feel the autonomy to pave your own way here, and recognize that also can present its own challenge with duplicating efforts.
