Hi, this is Chelsea from Human Resources - thank you for your feedback! Our Broadie community has been rapidly expanding over the past several years, and this growth has empowered our scientific groups to tackle a wide range of large-scale projects to solve some of the toughest biological problems. This growth does come with the challenge of understanding how to grow while still maintaining the culture and community that our Broadies love. To address this, we have put together a team of people for a project called ‘Be Big/Feel Small’, with the mission to understand the needs of our community and how we can improve communication, resources, and collaboration across the institute. This will be an ongoing initiative and we are determined to provide support to our community as we all adapt to these changes.
