      Working for the Broad provides the opportunity to work with novel data sets on an unprecedented scaled.

      Cons

      There is way too much to do and too few people to do it. It's like they're too busy to even hire more people.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
