Pros

easy to get start, but not much growth

Cons

The management doesn't know how to keep talented people. spend money to build the new building, but kept laying people off. There were many rounds of layoff happened in 2013 already.

Pros

Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

Cons

A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
