      -They are great and knowledgeable people working there -Friendly and young culture -Great talks and science

      Cons

      -No advancement -No career development, Senior scientists may use you to just do low level work -Very hypocritical at times, not that many people are excited about the science money plays a role as usual. -EXPECT layoffs, they will come sooner or later like the rain

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
