      Highly collaborative and supportive environment. Very intelligent and driven scientists. Top-notch facilities and resources. Management is under strong leadership and is very responsive to suggestions.

      Cons

      The open-air design of the place is highly conducive to interaction and the exchange of ideas, but sometimes privacy is at a premium.

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
