I am so pleased to see your positive feedback about our benefits (including our BroadLife office) and our diversity and inclusion efforts. However, I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the Administration team, and in particular the HR Partner team. Since I assumed the Director role in November, one of my primary areas of focus has been to foster better connections with the HR Partner team across the Broad community. I believe that hearing feedback from members of the Broad community is an important piece of that work.
