The company is scattered amongst multiple buildings and even within buildings teams are quite heavily silo'ed -- the left hand often does not know what the right hand is doing. Professional/career development requires a tremendous amount of initiative to pull off -- resources are there, but are not always easy to find/access. Leadership is heavily visionary (which is both a pro and a con, depending on your temperament).
