      Work-life balance Relaxed atmosphere Good people Benefits Top of the line equipment

      Cons

      It's a non-profit, so I think the pay is a little less than other similar places. But the lack of pay is more than made up for by the benefits package, working environment, job security, etc.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
