      Pros

      Amazing collaborative scientific environment. Very supportive for new and cutting edge ideas. Large lofty scientific goals makes for an exciting but demanding place to work.

      Cons

      Challenging work environment for trainees. The organization is still building up support for postdoc associates in areas of career development. Because of the size of the environment and volume of projects, it is very easy to get involved in too many things simultaneously.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
