      Great place to be able to collaborate with other teams. Always have the most up coming technologies. Nice people overall.

      Cons

      They really don't care about there employees. The pay really isn't that great and you really have to fight for promotions.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
