      If you’re looking to do great things in software, look elsewhere. The org’s important mission is ruined by infighting, politics, pettiness, and the inability to accept that there are problems.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
