      Pros

      Academic and scientific integrity is strong. Support for research is huge.

      Cons

      Treats junior employees poorly, especially in crisis. Union busting seems to have worked, compensation is abysmal given long hours and wealthy benefactors. Almost anyone reporting misconduct will see little to no change and no action taken.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
