      Pros

      people are very passionate about their work and driven by the Broad's mission. I like working with people that are passionate and driven by their work as I am.

      Cons

      non-profit so salary ranges are not as competitive as industry (but better than universities and hospitals), no bonuses and limited increases during annual reviews.

      Pros

      Benefits, such as PTO and health, are fantastic.

      Cons

      A pro and a con are there are rarely set ways to do things. You can pave your own way, but others could be paving a way to the same destination and just creating more paths when it would be better to work together.
