Not very "Soup-er" - Anonymous employee The Campbell's Company Employee Review

"Imagine...working for a company that knows that its people are the key to its success in the marketplace." Huh? This is definitely NOT Campbell Soup! The employees are treated like little children. And bullying is apparently encouraged because nobody does anything to stop it. The company allows great employees leave but retains the bullies. Recently, two of the bullies had their jobs eliminated. The cheers were heard throughout the building! People are finally able to come to work and not be afraid.
