Carlyle is an amazing company to work for. The company provides good employee benefits and people intend to stay here long term since their voice is heard by the management.
Cons
Your experience will depend on the team you work for. Overall , carlyle is a nice company but you will sense racism here among people around you. You will see some people get promoted with zero effort even with poor quality of work. On the other hand, you will have to do tons of hardwork and process improvements to even considered for a promotion if you are a person with different color. They keep pushing people for the internal inteviews just to fill in their diversity quota but eventually they select their predecided candidates. You will see people who are sugarcoated on your face but completely different on the back.
