Pros

The LPNs on the second shift really care about the residents. I was a new nurse when I started and my coworkers were very helpful.

Cons

Management did not help as much as they should have. There were times when we ran out of essential supplies, such as gloves and wipes, and management would take two weeks or more to order more items so that they were within budget so THEY could qualify for a BIGGER bonus.

Sometimes management can make working here quite stressful, sometimes things aren’t structured in ways that make sense and can make things frustrating
