Benefits are phenomenal and comprehensive. Hourly wage has recently been increased.

Cons

Corporate politics can sometimes get in the way of things. Staffing is a problem only just now being fixed. No paid holidays. In the restaurant, you WILL work Thanksgiving and Christmas.
