Great company to work for. The CEO and the owner have tremendous vision and growth strategies. Everyone works hard and are rewarded for their efforts with an employee culture that is team oriented and collaborative. Many perks such as special trips, employee events and an owner who really cares. The CEO is exceptional and so approachable. He literally sits down with new hires to get to know them as does the owner.

The culture is forward thinking and exciting for those who enjoy a fast-paced work environment. May not be ideal for those who want to stay rooted in one spot with minimal change but the company supports all team members in whatever career path they choose.

You are able to take your breaks and lunch all at once meaning you get an hour long break/lunch if you want or you can spread them out.

Everyone treats you like a glorified janitor. Everyone expects warehouse to be able to drop what they're doing and work on something else. The company doesn't actually value the people in warehouse.
