Best place I ever worked. My bossreally cared a lot about us. Hegave us surprise bonuses all the time, took us to Florida and Puerto Rico and Key Largo on different occasions jus because he saw us working hard. He even took 27 of the sales people to Vegas for a week. The best was our annual 3 day trip to Cedar Point where he bought a suite for every single employee and even the contractors. paid for everyone's travel, hotel, park pass, meals and even for the spouses and children. He spent close to $30,000 just for a weekend for all of us to enjoy family time together with the other co-workers and their families. Lots of love from this super unselfish boss Joe Zago

Not always a clear direction or path to follow but that was understandable since he started the Carpet Guys from scratch only 5 years ago in his apartment and grew to 50+ employees almost over night.
