      Pros

      Good money, coworkers can possibly become close friends. Benefits included after a few months of working there. Schedule is more flexible than most jobs out there.

      Cons

      Management can be a bit power-crazed. Discipline for normal human mistakes are a bit harsh, especially furst offense. Training gets sloppy torwards the end.
