Pros
You are in control of how much money you make for the most part. This is pushing aside scheduling and floor plans. I made good money while working here. I also was in an hourly work group as well so I did have the ability to step back from serving when it became overwhelming. Management was understanding (some) of life circumstances and changes. I believe they were flexible with me during my employment and I did work my way into other job titles. If you are good at your job and consistent they may consider moving you around.
Cons
Management. I worked there for several years and I could say plenty. To avoid dragging it out ill say they lack communication amongst each other and some of them do not not how to speak to people. I’d say they are more of a cubicle office type and not dealing with the general public. There is often confusion on policy and protocol within the team because managers are not clear on one solid answer as a collective. It’s a revolving door as managers are constantly coming and going. It was not like this during the entirety of my employment. There were some AMAZING managers but i often felt new rules were being enforced as punishments towards the staff. Work life balance became a struggle for me after a few years. That is just the job nothing personal towards the company.
