Pros
Flexible with working from home on some teams. Decent stock awards and 401k match (6%). Health insurance good for families.
Cons
Opportunities for advancement are limited and subject to how good you are at kissing up to the right people. Newly adopted agile processes are not in line with the industry norms. Experienced team members are given more and more responsibilities for no extra compensation. Incompetent middle managers are never removed. You can have a pulse and just show up and collect a paycheck.
