Pros

100% work from home. Company car.

Cons

Little to no training. Field claims do everything. Every aspect of every claim. First and third party GL, Auto and property. Commercial and Personal lines. Responsible for pip, MEd pay, salvage, subro, writing both auto and property estimates, coverage, liability, evaluating damage, settling but claims...all while driving all over the state. Management’s theory is working from home is such an amazing benefit that they can work you to death. Told to work nights , weekends and be on call 24/7. No training. Pretty much told to learn on the job but it’s hard when you are responsible for so Many things. Technology is behind the times. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians.

Great staff! Extremely warm and welcoming environment.

Cons

I was hired as a hybrid employee, but shortly after onboarding, the company decided to switch to an in-office work policy for all non-IT employees. It would have been better if that information had been disclosed during the hiring process.
