Pros

Tuition reimbursement is the most here that I’ve ever seen at a company. Also they provide bonuses, appreciation gifts, and lunch every day.

Cons

Pay is less than pay at hospitals.

Pros

This place is the best place I've ever worked. From the extensive new hire orientation to the department orientation, the process is very thorough. We are like family-great people to work with. Most people are always found smiling which is a good sign. No place is 100% perfect but if I had to choose a workplace all over again, it would still be The Clare.

Cons

My commute but I make it work for me.
