Pros
Flexible schedules, great working hours, pay rate is acceptable, great office equipment, plus large and comfortable parking and building facilities.
Cons
Huge turnover which slows productivity while new employees learn the job and it also cost organizational memory, the company promises new hires a proper training which is absolutely false. New hires are trained by team members who are overloaded with work and hate teaching others. In addition, management is completely disinterested in employee's well being, no career advancement opportunities, management's lack of mission and vision, employee contributions are overlooked, interviewers do not use the behavioral event interview (BEI) to ensure the selection of the best candidate for the position, while the supervisors may have the technical skills, they lack of emotional intelligence which leads to failure in leading a team of highly engaged workers. Employees who have been with the company for many years still work for the organization not because they are proud to work there, but because they are trapped, They want to move but fee they can not. Therefore, they pay lip service to their company committment. As you can see, the company has been successful for 125 years because of the quality beverage brands the deliver accross the globe and not because of the leaders running the company.
