Pros

CCE has great benefits for medical, dental, and vision. Also the retirement package is exceptable for this day and time for instance 401k with company match (25cents on the $1 for the first 7%) and they have a pension after 5 years service. Vacations are also a good benefit for the first five years 2 weeks, then after five years 3 weeks, last after ten years 4 weeks. Another benefit is being able to transfer anywhere that CCE operates. There are sale centers in several states so you can move if needed. That also creates opportunity for advancement if you dont mind moving.

Cons

I believe the company is poorly run because the company has layoffs almost every four years (give or take a year or two). The hours are long and parts of the job seem as if it contradicts itself. Sell Sell Sell but you must not have product expire. Managers that recieve promotion forget what it took for them to do the job. Its easy to tell someone how to do something. Its harder to show them how.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
