Pros

Nice co-workers and office staff.

Cons

"Good Ol' Boys Club" culture with "profits over people" attitude. HR is a joke. Reyes has dismantled everything that was great about CCNA , i.e. cut pensions, vacation time, and has been reducing staff since they took over. Poor Leadership that can't align on shared goals. Managers are misogynistic and try to "manage-out" employees by using bullying tactics or "bad reviews." Unspoken rule to have at least one team member "does not meet" on mid-year and year-end reviews. Regardless of merit. Don't manage departments or mentor employees. No growth opportunities for those that wish to climb the corporate ladder, unless you are a "yes, MAN" wearing khaki pants, plaid shirts, and sporting a clean-cut hair style. Others need not apply for career mobility.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
