Pros

If you are a minority or female, you will get very far with this company. Wish I could think of more Pros

Cons

Poor Leadership that is out of touch with what the sales environment is like or what they face daily.. Slogan should be "Putting People last, not first" Never have the tools to be successful. Company only cares about image. Work 12 hours per day, 7 days per work is the norm and it's expected of you with no rewards or extra pay. Company is losing good people or letting them go by the 100's and doesn't care.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
