Pros

Benefits package is decent, not great. Get a lot of recognition among consumers. People recognize you as working for CCE.

Cons

Pay isn't as good as it should be for the work put in. Overtime pay stinks. Seriously, chinese overtime? Overtime pay should never be less than minimum wage. No matter how hard you work and how well you do your job, its never good enough for management. Never know whats going on with the company due to serious lack of communication. Never getting a weekend off and barely getting a holiday off.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
