Cons
Corporate Leadership is strong but has not had the courage or capacity to fix the North America business which spirals out of control under the cult of personality within the senior ranks. Meritocracy has been replaced by the popular kids club. Continued challenged business environment ahs resulted in 8 reorgs in last 12 years through many parts of the org, a previous culture of high standards, mutual support has been replaced by free for all of independat all for me and screw you attitudes which is likely making many fo the former great leaders of this once wonderful company spin in their graves
