Pros

- may get off early some days -Resume brand name -base salary is okay- rumor was bonuses weren't really being given to lower management any more

Cons

This is a great job for you enjoy waking up and being at stores by 6 am each morning. As an Account Manager your job is to count boxes on the shelves, around the store & in the cooler, and the back. You are an Order Taker- this not sales. This is a glorified merchandiser. Coke is known in the grocery market for their horrible service and just pushing boxes. To be in compliance and receive the full amount of reimbursement and mileage for your vehicle it can not be more than 5 years old, so every 5 years you are expected to get a new car. Management is not on the same page and every e-mail you receive is FYI... if you want to be apart of the bigger process as an Account Manager, you are not. Many times you start at 6am and then have to help out other territories by sticking things on shelves (POS) and doing your merchandising duties of facing coke bottles, building displays, stacking boxes, and getting chewed out about how much Coke is disliked. -Talks about Chinese company buyout.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
