Pros

Opportunities for international travel. Getting the name on your CV/ resume.

Cons

No work/ life balance - expectation is that you will travel 90% of the time overseas if required with no personal support for doing so. Very high level of internal politics. Very risk adverse place to work - reluctance to try anything new. Quota based rather than talent based recruitment policy.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
