Pros

This company distributes some of the top selling brands in outlets. This allows sales managers to penetrate the account at a much higher level than in other companies. Fast paced environment.

Cons

Multiple and conflicting priorities, Coke North America strategies and lack of relevant marketplace knowledge is the primary contributor. CCE's Regional structure competes with HQ and there is a lack of support for Corporate activities. Coke North America adds to the complexity with an overlay of too many Regional employees. Typical day is spent fighting fires due to poor planning and clearing up communication issues.

Great products, business system, people, with a collaborative approach and high level of knowledge. High standards for learning and development with excellent opportunities to develop and improve your skills and competencies. Excellent infrastructure for a great day at work with fitness center, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities for seasoned professionals with a strong preference for younger generations.
