Pros

The image of working for Coca Cola to anyone on the outside is still WOW Coca Cola! Co-workers are great.

Cons

If they (those on the outside) only knew! Coca Cola Enterprises does not care about its employees or its customers. Poor communication, poor management. Cut backs to the point that there is no one left to respond to any concern of its customers or its employees. Vacation time / sick time / personal time may be available on the record, but not ever possible to actually use! Employees are only able to perform reactive duties; always need to put our fires, on a regular basis, every day.

Pros

Great products, business system, people, with a collaborative approach and high level of knowledge. High standards for learning and development with excellent opportunities to develop and improve your skills and competencies. Excellent infrastructure for a great day at work with fitness center, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities for seasoned professionals with a strong preference for younger generations.
