      Great performance based position, you get in what you put out of it. If your willing to put in the extra hours and work hard everyday and get recognized for it then this is the job for you.

      Cons

      can require long hours and in order to be successfull these hours must be put in at some point. not much room for advancement in other areas of the company outside of the bottling. not enough training and talent development

      Great products, business system, people, with a collaborative approach and high level of knowledge. High standards for learning and development with excellent opportunities to develop and improve your skills and competencies. Excellent infrastructure for a great day at work with fitness center, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Flexible schedule.

      Lack of growth opportunities for seasoned professionals with a strong preference for younger generations.
