      Benefits are great, but getting more and more expensive. Coca Cola is considered by most as a reputable place to work. The company has good perks.

      Cons

      Constantly changing goals that often times contradict each other. Service is compromised by white knuckle cost savings. In the end, there is little backup for meeting goals by doing what is right.

      Great products, business system, people, with a collaborative approach and high level of knowledge. High standards for learning and development with excellent opportunities to develop and improve your skills and competencies. Excellent infrastructure for a great day at work with fitness center, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Flexible schedule.

      Lack of growth opportunities for seasoned professionals with a strong preference for younger generations.
