Management will write you up in a heartbeat without trying to help...this is usually because they do not know how to perform your job...you are a cost to them and are expandable...especially after a few years in when they can hire someone at a lower salary....if you do not kiss a$$ you will go nowhere...this is just how our office was ran...they will ask for imput, but will not do anything about it....very low morale where management is openly discussing what a poor job that the plant manager is doing...only upside is the pay in a bad economy in Eastern OH and Western PA...they will fire you without even trying to give you a chance...they will tell you they are putting new training measures in motion but it won't happen when they can't do the job themselves...
