      Brand recognition, loyalty, committment to excellence, global strength is unparalleled anywhere else, breadth of portfolio, interest by people outside of Coke.

      Cons

      Work life balance is sometimes questionable. Management sometimes disconnected wth subbordinates, needs to work more on being rewards based on results driven culture. Too old school culturely speaking.

      Great products, business system, people, with a collaborative approach and high level of knowledge. High standards for learning and development with excellent opportunities to develop and improve your skills and competencies. Excellent infrastructure for a great day at work with fitness center, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Flexible schedule.

      Lack of growth opportunities for seasoned professionals with a strong preference for younger generations.
