      Pros

      Receive plenty of recognition for the work performed. Managers are very friendly and do what they can to make sure you are happy. Great entry level pay. Schedule is the same most weeks.

      Cons

      Always have to work holidays, including the day before and the day after. Hours are spread out and work 6 days a week.

      Great products, business system, people, with a collaborative approach and high level of knowledge. High standards for learning and development with excellent opportunities to develop and improve your skills and competencies. Excellent infrastructure for a great day at work with fitness center, restaurants, pharmacy, clinic, etc. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities for seasoned professionals with a strong preference for younger generations.
