Pros
There are some people in the organization who are quite good at what they do and great to work with. Another perk is the 3 weeks vacation policy - even for new hires. Pay is average to below market but the bonus payout (if you are MIP eligible) can be 20k plus. If you love the Coke brand, and are new to the job force, this could be a good fit.
Cons
This is a tough place for experienced hires: in all likelihood you will work for someone who lacks the depth or years of experience you bring. A couple of delusions to watch out for: 1) delegating = managing; 2) employee engagement surveys=growing employees; 3) 100+ concurrent projects managed by people with no PM experience is acceptable practice. Bottom line...drink the products but don't join/stay long otherwise your skills will rot.
