Pros
Benefit package is above average. The HR system is quite considerable and usually you can find better benefit package and salary in Coke comparing to other FMCG companies in China. No.1 brand, hence better reputation to work for it.
Cons
Marketing capability and innovation capability is poor. There is no standard growing system. I mean the promotion. It's very easy to get promotion in some of the depts, but very difficult in others. It makes people feel unfair. No real innovation because Coca Cola is an established brand and rare has innovation on product.
