Pros

The health benefits are awesome but that is the only thing that truly is. Three weeks vacation after your first year.

Cons

The Management is incompetent. They will never fire you at Coca Cola, however, they will just leave incompetent people in Management forever. They say they like to promote from within but that is false. If you are not in their clique then you will not go anywhere. You will never get praised their even if you do an awesome job. Its sad but at the Coca Cola plant here the turnover rate is ridiculous because of poor management.

Pros

Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

Cons

While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
