Pros
-Uniforms -If you get a manager that is actually good at their job, your life will be less miserable -Full time employees receive benefits such as housing discounts (if you live at a Collier property), health insurance, 401 K -Lots of training opportunities
Cons
-Many employees are overworked and underpaid -Unnecessarily stressful environment due to the company having high expectations of of certain employees but will not provide them with resources to succeed -Pay, pay, pay is poor compared to other companies -Benefits package is sold as being "excellent" when it really isn't that amazing -Company culture is full of favoritism - some people are very bad at their job and somehow maintain their high pay and position within the company -The owner is your typical millionaire that seems to think everyone should fall down at his feet when he appears. Some are fearful of him because he tends to blow things out of proportion, i.e. he needs to work on his temper and management style -He should also learn to pronounce his employees' names correctly, especially seeing as he is very much focused on having them wear name tags at all times -Many properties experience being short staffed even though the company has resources to where that shouldn't be an issue -Part-time employees are paid very poorly
