Pros
Benefits (401k) was great and PTO generous, but you rarely got to take actual PTO. Even on a holiday, you end up working, never knowing with Nathan would go on a walk or drive through the community.
Cons
Nathan gets bored and has nothing better to do than to have us read 3 or more books at one time. That's crazy! Who has time for that? Jenn has friends who live on site who freak out about a light that just went out and make it to be something it's not, so the team ends up chasing squirrels to appease those who have connections. They try to make it out to be the VP's, but they just hired and let go of another one in a matter of a couple months (4 total in only 3 years, that's nuts); all under the guise that these people are the problem, but it's even higher than them. There's so much turnover at the home office that the communities have no consistency in support but are supposed to make miracles happen. Our communities obviously need work, but the emails are nuts! You can see in those that Nathan has to approve everything, so it's hard to get anything done.
