Pros

Very laid back atmosphere with very little micromanaging, managers listen when there is an issue, change has been in motion for a while and is noticeable. Over all it is a great place to work and I love coming here!

Cons

Would love a little bit more flexibility to work from home but definitely understand the reasoning behind it not allowing it too often.

Pros

By far the best place I have worked, management is easy to talk to, will work with you when they are able. They work hard to provide a great work environment and everyone has a great working relationship.

Cons

There are too many downfalls, I appreciate and enjoy working for this company. Biggest downfall is at times it gets busy, and things can be chaotic.
