- Great support from management in my department
- Fast-paced, and I have learned a lot
- Friendly staff
- Strong company culture
- Reward and recognition program in place
Cons
- Long days (10 hours with a lunch break). This is fine, but as someone who values a work-life balance, it is sometimes a lot for me mentally.
- You will be jumping right in. This is all a mindset, and if you come willing to work, you will be fine.

Pros
You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.
Cons
You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
